High Vibe Tribe

I've always been a "one of the guys" kinda girl. I've had few true gal pals that I maintained a close relationship with other time. I'm personally not, nor have I ever been a "woo girl" no matter how many vodka cran I'd consumed (and let's face it, I'm a bourbon or beer kind of girl, anyways.)

As women, I think we're raised to see other women as the enemy, competition, the standard by which we judge ourselves. Enough of this bullshit.

This year, I released a lot, but I gained so much more. One of the huge, pivotal shifts I made was in surrounding myself with high achieving women. And you know that I found? The women who achieve a lot? They have an AWESOME group of women behind the scenes who act as their pillow when they need softness, support, and love, their mirror when they need reflection and truth, and their biggest cheerleaders when they need support. THESE are the women out there kicking life's ass. They aren't alone. They band together and create a true tribe of successful, happy, live your best life bitches.

I am SO grateful that I decided to release judgement, resentment, and jealousy. Embracing powerful female energy instead of being threatened by it has been one of the most empowering and amazing changes I've ever experienced, and I'm so damn grateful that I decided to give women a chance. We are the powerful creators of life, and when multiplied, we, are, limitless!!!!

Why are we threatened when we see another woman succeeding? We act as if she's got the last good guy or she's the only one who's allowed to have a successful business or that only she can have the cool friends or cool life or nice car. This is all utter bullshit. Here's the real deal queens. There's enough money out there for us all to be wealthy. There's enough humans on this planet for us to find our own soulmate. There are enough yoga classes to get you that ass. There are enough resources to build you that business. The pie isn't finite. You can have a slice, too!!!

Here's a crazy thought. When you see a woman that challenges you, ask yourself why you're challenged. It's probably because A) she triggers you because she has a trait that you don't like about yourself or B) you're jelly. Now, if it's A, sit down with yourself and go inward. What trait does this woman have that makes you uncomfortable? How do you also embody it? Why does this trait make you uncomfortable with yourself? How can you change it? If B) Now, stick with me, cuz this might throw you for a loop- befriend her. Yea. Instead of being jealous, ask her to coffee. Offer to help her with a project. Notice how her mindset and her energy differ from those (or you) who don't have the things she does. By being her friend and getting into her energetic circle, you're going to pick up on her energy. You're going to notice her habits. You're going to see the things that make her tick and that make her the object of adoration. Let those women be your mirror. If you're the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, surround yourself with badass babes that are killing it, going after what they want, beating it into submissions, and claiming it as theirs! They will rub off on you! You will gain access to their high vibe tribe! Before you know it, you have a great friend, better, more productive habits, a healthier lifestyle, and a firm donkadonk.

Now, some of you might launch into excuses here. Maybe you don't have people around you. Maybe you live on a farm in the boondocks, and your nearest potential friend and yoga class are an hour away and you don't have a babysitter. K. Get online. There are so many groups, tribes, and support systems on facebook alone that group together from similar interests. Listen to podcasts of successful, inspiring women! Even if you can't be around high vibe women in person, you are what you consume. Read the books, join the groups, and tune into the words of women who are creating success, who are becoming their most authentic selves, and who are living their deepest truths. There, you will find fountains of wisdom, support, and joy!

Here are some of the women that I'm super grateful for, that I'm either blessed to call friend or that I take inspiration from and the resources that maybe they can offer you!

This woman, Kole Whitty wears many hats, and each one of them is inspiring and impressive! From fitness to womb healing to trauma release, I've learned SO much from this woman, and I highly recommend you look her up! She has a podcast and lots of homes online, so here's a link to one of her many: www.tahkole.com/

Finally, I've never met this woman, but I decided this week that I was going to manifest a friendship with her because I love her mission, her work, her story, and I see a lot of parallels in our journeys. She runs on of my favorite podcasts, and you can find it here: https://www.mindlove.com/

I can think of so many other women who have shaped my life, inspired me, and loved me through my rough parts. To each and every one of them, I'm so thankful!

Until next time, I believe in you!
